Deposition of Former School Board Director Released
In the interest of government transparency, a complete sworn deposition from a former Sequim School Board Director has been made public. This follows earlier reporting regarding a decades-long cover-up within the Sequim School District, highlighting that facts are often obscured by bureaucratic deflection and taxpayer-funded settlements. The community is being provided with raw information to review without administrative filtering.
The testimony was given under oath on October 18, 2022, within the framework of a federal civil rights lawsuit filed by a former student support specialist against the Sequim School District and former Superintendent Robert Clark. The document provides a first-hand perspective on the inner workings of the district’s leadership and the entrenched “Six Pack” administrative faction.
The transcript contains admissions regarding clandestine executive board meetings held at a local veterinary clinic, the intense monitoring of staff social media accounts, and the administration’s failure to act on mandatory reporting requirements regarding sexual harassment claims.
To protect privacy, the former director's personal home address and cell phone number have been redacted from the transcript. All other words, objections, and admissions remain exactly as recorded by the federal court reporter. Primary source documents are available so readers can examine the testimony directly.
The deposition can be downloaded below or viewed here.
